  Good Presentation skills got through my experience of presenting project proposals for winning developmental grant at high forums, presenting and participating in group activities, presenting, and defending progress reports. I have represented Livestock department in two National Project Steering committees.

  Written communication skills got through three years of active communication through letter with high government officials and NGOs

  Negotiation skills got through negotiation with donors as well as suppliers during the purchase of good for the department

  Conflict resolution Skills got through handling Prime Minister citizen portal complaints of the citizens against the government department by communication with them, listening and resolving their issues by reaching a point of mutual understanding. During last two years I have resolved more than 75 complaints of citizens against the Livestock Department as focal person.

These apps remained and earned for me for more than 4 years.

  Adaptability skills I have developed from my variety of experience from being an app developer to a biological research assistant and then joining government department for dealing with poultry to moving to project management section at the capital. So, I learned to be flexible to adapt any work schedules and tasks as per need and requirement.

  Collaboration skills I learnt while working in different environments to moving at a tough place like project management and fund seeking section of my department. Here I have to deal and collaborate with Planning & Development Department for winning projects to NGOs and private organizations to seek funding for different farmer activities to research collaborations between different National labs so that they could help to improve the animal health in the area.
